Spare a thought for all the tradies today, as we all dealt with yet another wet, wild & windy day of weather. As much as we love this time of year, it certainly brings excess stress & pressure so this will surely resonate with many tradies!! November and December are ALWAYS the same as everyone looks forward to Santa arriving and spending time with family and friends who lately have gone long spells without being in each other’s physical presence 🦠

The past few years have brought us lockdowns, staff isolations, illness, material delays, shipping and freight issues, price increases and labour shortages, and now –the wild weather! It is not conducive to an easy day’s work that is for sure.

A Tradies biggest tool in their business is their bodies, and yet in many cases, at this time of year, they are expected to exhaust their biggest tool – their bodies and minds. They’re tired!

So, please spare a thought for the tradies, and understand that they too, also want to see jobs finished before Santa arrives, they too have family and friends that they would like to spend some time with over the festive season – they are just working against a lot of odds at the moment!
