If you’re having a lot of guests visiting or staying, make sure you keep your irrigation filter clean. You may need to clean it more often than the usual monthly.
Blocked filters may cause the pumps to overheat.

Ensure you use accredited service agents as there are too many Cowboys out there in this industry. Came across a so called aeration diffusers repair yesterday where fittings were put together without being glued and the main diffuser pipe was joined by PVC pressure pipe and LDPE pipe.

When purchasing a rural property please ensure you get all the information about your new venture. As the waste water treatment systems can be a very expensive part of your purchase. These need to be maintained on a regular basis depending upon brand, most need services 6 monthly. Too often we come across systems that are badly maintained and or not even looked at for years and end up costing you, the new home owners a lot of money and unnecessary headaches.

Hi Team please ensure you are using an Accredited Biocycle service agent with the service and maintenance of your treatment systems.
Too many cowboys out there.
In this situation, an unqualified technician has not monitored sludge levels in the system correctly and hadn’t organized for a pump out of the system on time, which has led to the fiberglass walls distorting and putting pressure on the opposite side, causing the fiberglass to fracture. And now unfortunately we have a major repair project on the cards.
