This is due to longer expected cleans prior to your booking and travel time. If you need a exact arrival time please make this clear on your booking request.
• iClean services has full liability insurance for all our staff, equipment and client property.
• We require a 50% deposit for large exit cleans, one off cleans, spring cleanings and builders clean when booking.
• A one off late fee of $50 applies to invoices not paid within the 48 hour period, warnings will be sent out prior to late fee invoice. Unless discussed prior all invoices are to be paid immediately to iClean Services.
• If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your services you must allow rectifying by iClean Services Ltd staff.
• Cancelations with less than 24 hour notice will be invoiced a $50 fee per staff member as we work in teams ,this is due to staff and equipment organized and to cover hours of work lost . If you cancel last minute, as the staff of cleaners booked are on their way to your home to carry out the job required YOU MUST PAY THE FULL BOOKING QUOTED PRICE DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. This fee is put in place due to the cancellation and leaving staff with no work for these hours when some other client could have taken this appointment.
