At Waiheke Property Services we are looking for capable and experienced people to join our team in housekeeping & property maintenance. You will be assisting in the upkeep of the premium holiday houses in our rental portfolio.

The role involves most day to day cleaning tasks - kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms etc... as well as having a keen eye for detail. With high-end holiday rentals its the little details that make all the difference and we like to keep everything in good running order.

You may already be an experienced cleaner or maybe you are the kind of person who loves keeping things clean but doesn't have any professional experience - either way we would love to hear from you.

If you have property maintenance experience or good practical skills this would be a real plus - with small tasks like adjusting door hinges, reattaching handles, fixing scratches in furniture being common requirements.

We have an experienced team on hand providing support and guidance and the role includes use of a company vehicle, uniform and all equipment.

Candidates must have a full drivers license and be living on or willing to commute to Waiheke Island.

We have a wonderful portfolio of premium and luxury houses on Waiheke Island as well as a growing list of commercial clients.

You will be working with a super experienced team. Flexible days & hours available and competitive rates of pay.

No experience required, but must be able to work hard and love keeping things clean.

We can offer casual or part time contracts and the role can grow to a full-time role later this year as we move towards summer.

Waiheke Property Services is a new division of established property management company Waiheke Unlimited.

Having managed holiday accommodation on the island longer than any other company, owner Ed Coutts is well aware of the challenges facing property owners on the island when it comes to cleaning, linen hire and general maintenance.

Waiheke Property Services (WPS) offers an annual ‘Warrant of Fitness’ for your home, compiling a report of key systems – electrical, plumbing, water tanks & septic, as well as a visual inspection of the exterior of the home. If required WPS can offer a wash down service, to clean the exterior of the house, including windows and can advise on all other maintenance areas of concern. The service is a great way to keep on top of potential problem areas and can assist in spotting problems before they happen.

Other key services offered by WPS are cleaning – with an in-house team of professional housekeepers; linen hire & bed making for one-off events or an ongoing agreement and full property management – taking care of your property whether it is a holiday home or your permanent residence.
