We're seeking a confident and service-driven Senior Lounge Runner to join our team at one of the prestigious Lounges in Auckland International Airport. In this senior role, you'll lead by example, ensuring seamless food and beverage service, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your contribution will help deliver a world-class experience to our guests.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

Provide full table service for à la carte dining, including menu presentation, order taking, and beverage pairing.
Guide and support junior runners, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lounge areas, including dining zones and amenities.
Monitor and replenish buffet stations, beverage areas, and stock levels.
Prepare and serve espresso coffee and alcoholic beverages, adhering to responsible service standards.

Proven experience in a similar hospitality or catering role, ideally in a premium service environment.
Strong understanding of table service etiquette and guest interaction.
Physically fit, reliable, and able to carry multiple plates and trays confidently.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional demeanour.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, with a commitment to high grooming standards.
