Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, hardworking Pest Control Technician to provide safe, effective pest management services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out pest control treatments for insects, rodents, termites, mosquitoes, etc.

Inspect client premises and identify pest problems.

Apply chemicals, baits, traps, and control methods safely.

Maintain service records and job reports.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Educate customers on preventive pest control measures.

Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly.

Requirements

Minimum: Basic education (preferred)

Training will be provided

Willing to travel to client sites

Physically fit and able to work in different environments

Post-Construction Treatment (Remedial)
If you are dealing with an existing infestation, the "Drill-Fill-Seal" method is the industry standard.
Phase A: Soil & Foundation Barrier
• Drilling: Holes are drilled at intervals of roughly 30cm (12 inches) along the external and internal base of the walls.
• Injection: Strong termiticide is pumped into these holes under high pressure to reach the soil beneath the floor.
• Sealing: The holes are sealed with white cement or wax to match the floor/wall finish.
Phase B: Wood Treatment
• Direct Spray: Any visible wooden structures (door frames, cabinets) are sprayed with oil-based or water-based chemicals.
• Drilling Wood: Small holes are drilled into the wood where activity is suspected, and chemicals are injected directly into the "galleries" (the tunnels termites make).
