PROMPT: Art & Design in the Age of Artificial Intelligence!

Last Friday, during Dutch Design Week, international artists, designers, and thinkers came together at the Next Nature Museum to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the world of art and design.

With inspiring presentations, critical discussions, a special performance by URLAND, and the official launch of the book PROMPT, we look back on a wonderful evening!

A big thank you to all the speakers, artists, partners, and visitors who made this event possible.

Lev Manovich is Presidential Professor at The Graduate Center, City University of New York and founder of the Cultural Analytics Lab. Silvio Lorusso (IT) is a writer, artist and designer based in Lisbon. When robots start meditating🧘

Two robots, each with their own character, create endless patterns in the sand. Artist and fellow Heleen Blanken is the creator behind Singularity Garden, our special Zen garden where robotic arms follow the patterns of AI. The project asks a simple but penetrating question: Is this peace or control?
