Lansas not only develops its own sewer plugs and disc plugs but also production takes place in the Netherlands. From initial design and product development from raw materials to production and testing - all takes place in a fully controlled in-house environment. High-quality products of consistent quality can only be produced in a modern production en
vironment. Our production is highly automated whereas for the materials used traditional craftsmanship is still leading. The machinery combines speed and quality in a unique way into our production process. This allows us to respond flexibly to customer requirements without compromising Lansas’ key drivers: safety, quality and reliability. During the manufacturing process high-quality noncorrosive materials and components are used. The aramid fiber reinforcement combines high strength with good resistance to wear and organic solvents. The sewer plugs are made of natural rubber having a thickness of no less than 10 mm which is two to three times thicker than comparable products. Our products are very successful due to the fact that they are being tested thoroughly on all possible aspects before being delivered to our customers. This guarantees a safe working.
