Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant

About the Role
Refuge Homes and Properties, a Real Estate Firm is seeking a versatile Personal Assistant to support in daily business and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be ICT-inclined, social media savvy, and capable of handling both content creation and traditional personal assistant duties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and correspondence
Handle social media management: content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms.
Draft letters, reports, and official documents.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
Assist with presentations, proposals, and company communications.
Coordinate inspections, meetings, and client follow-ups.
Perform other assigned administrative and personal assistant duties.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
Strong ICT skills
Ability to create and manage social media content (graphics, captions, short videos).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in administrative, PA, or digital/media roles is an added advantage.
Resides in Uyo
Work Schedule
Work Days: Monday – Friday (occasional weekend duties if required)
