A cry for help!!!! Pls if you know him, tag him respectfully 🙏. I paid a total sum of 970,000 naira Agent and agreement fee inclusive for an office space in owerri. Out of which only 700k has been recovered after series of back and forth, Spending more money, going to the police, calling etc for a whole month plus.. Oya Oga Barr pls refund my agreement fee he said legal fee is not refundable. So a month ago, i challenged myself by paying for an office space. Suit no 10 precisely. After confirmation of payment, i was notified that the office space that was showed to me and confirmed by the care taker of the plaza in charge by name Barr Vitus Mazi before i made payment. After i made payment, his wife who has an office there tried to cajole me to accept a smaller office space in that plaza suit No 5, which i vehemently refused. It became crystal clear that i’ve been made to make payment under false representation by this barr. i asked for a refund immediately, just for multitude of stories, tears trips to the police and then an intervention from family for me to recover 700k. This barr has vowed not to refund my agreement fee. I’ve tried every means possible to appeal to his conscience but it’s asif he likes my tears and frustration. He collected my agreement money, without an agreement drawn and co signed btw us as a legal binding contract. Yet his hell bent on withholding my hard earned money on the grounds that legal fee is unrefundable.
