We officially report and make public the fire incident that has occurred at our LaunDRYcleaning mall today.
At about 20:33hrs, Tue 07/01/2020 exactly 1hr after we officially closed business for the day, the Public Power supply was restored with a surge that defied installed electrical safety check. This triggered the flame which made neighbours raise the fire alarm. Rapid response by the State and Federal fire service offered a rescue to the building from totally going up in flames. Substantial customer items were recovered as the major blow was on our machine/equipments from the processing room that wasn't spared.
We thank the Entire business community, Friends, the police and the gallant men of the State and Federal fire service for a quick response and delivery effort.
To our Esteemed customers, we plead you give us some time to do the sorting of this items recovered so we make a proper inventory of this experience after which delivery to you will commence immediately.
We assure our customers and the general public that "haste" will be made to restore the warm and cordial business environment we've always been known for as this sad experience will not deter us from serving you even much better now.
Inconveniences this will surely cause sincerely regretted.
