ANOTHER HAPPY CLIENT
I have one client that's very disorganized, they "collect" everything. definitely has a hard time throwing things away. It takes my guys probably an extra hour just because they have to shuffle papers/pens/receipts/empty pill bottles around. And so vitamins they could open a pharmacy...

Initially What I wanted to do, is bring some decorative baskets or something to kind of organize certain spots. Put like with like, then that way I only have to move a few baskets rather than hundreds of tiny things.

I asked the first two times we cleaned the house if we need to clean the messy surfaces and they said yes just move everything 🤦🏻‍♀️

any other client I have tells me not to touch areas like that if they don't get a chance to pick up. But this is a permanent thing in this home.

Now as a cleaner we have to device a way to help our clients out . Initially I thought it disrespectful to ask.
How would I word it? Or do I wait for them to bring it up? I really like the client, so I do not want to risk losing him.
So I encouraged my team. on my arrival I try cracking jokes with her, finally she agreed I buy decorative basket and position them where I think it's necessary.
