Marketing & Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos / Field-Based

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Are you an ambitious self-starter passionate about sales, marketing, and business growth?

De-beam Cleaning Services Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Officer to help us expand our client base and increase brand visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and onboarding new clients
• Creating and executing simple marketing strategies
• Building partnerships and business leads
• Driving revenue through sales and referrals
• Reporting market feedback to management

What We Expect:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to work independently

• Proactive, results-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with cleaning services is a plus

This role is commission-based only.

The more you bring in, the more you earn. Ideal for freelancers, side hustlers, or anyone with a marketing flair.
