It involves maintenance, safety, inspections, value preservation, and problem-solving.

Did you know that apart from my certifications in real estate, I also have certification in pest control?

Why did I learn pest control?
Because pests can affect the value, safety, structure, and livability of a property. Issues like termites, rodents, cockroaches, and snakes can reduce a property’s appeal, damage buildings, create health concerns, and even discourage potential buyers or tenants.

Having knowledge in pest control helps me identify possible risks during property inspections, advise clients properly, recommend preventive measures, and help property owners maintain healthier and more valuable spaces.

In real estate, the more problems you can identify and solve, the more valuable you become to your clients.
