Learning Git, Git Bash, and Hyper Terminal has been an exciting journey for me. I’m now comfortable using the Command Line Interface (CLI). Simple Bash commands like `touch` to create files, `mkdir` to create folders, `ls` to list files, and `cd` to move around the system helped me understand how things work behind the scenes. The CLI no longer feels scary. It now feels powerful, like I have direct control over my system and workflow.
Moving into MongoDB felt like a natural next step. This is where I learned the CRUD system. Crud means Create, Read, Update, and Delete. These are the four main actions used in real-world applications. With MongoDB, I learned how to insert data (Create), fetch and query data (Read), modify records (Update), and remove data (Delete). Understanding CRUD helped me connect backend logic to real user actions like sign-up, login, profile editing, and deleting posts.
For anyone learning full stack web development, mastering the CLI and CRUD operations is a big win. It builds confidence, improves problem-solving skills, and creates a strong foundation for working with servers, databases, and APIs. Every command and every query is a step closer to thinking like a real developer.
