I had the absolute privilege to attend and chat with a patient yesterday who owned multiple businesses and had an amazing career / life journey. We had some time to chat about problems in organisational culture, workforce profiling and issues in recruitment / retention / progression in the general working world today. I left not only with a long list of interesting book & research paper articles to read but with one sentence that I think I will always remember, and as he pointed out “the problem with organisations today”
