INTRODUCTION
DEMATEK Services Nigeria was incorporated on May 15, 2012 by Corporate Affairs Commission under the Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 with Registration AK15935. We are a registered VATable Person/Collection Agent with TIN: 15544854-0001.
The Company was initially set up to takeover electrical engineering works from Hensek Integrated Services Limited, but has now become an Engineering Solution House fully manned by indigenous professionals, and we have sustained our clients trust, confidence and respect through our state-of-the-art quality and on-timely delivery.
Dematek delivers a broad range of engineering services including:
Electrical and Mechanical design/installation for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Structures;
Design/Installation of Rural/Urban/Municipal Electrification and Street Lighting;
Design/Installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply Using Solar and/or Inverter Systems;
Design/Installation of Electronic Systems such as CCTV, Intercom, Fire Protection, Public Address, Electronic Door Access, Card Access, Security and Intrusion Alarm Systems;
Civil/Building Construction such as Pad and Chimney Foundation Construction for Power Transmission Line Tower, Tower Er****on and Cable Stringing of EHV, HV and LV Lines; and
Concrete Pre-cast of any size; and many more.

The purpose of this policy is to develop a high standard of safety throughout all operations of Dematek Services Nig.
We believe that each employee has the right to derive personal satisfaction from his/her job and the prevention of occupational injury or illness is of such consequence to this belief that it will be given top priority at all times.
It is our intention here at Dematek to initiate and maintain complete accident prevention and safety training programs. Each individual from top management to the working person is responsible for the safety and health of those persons in their charge and coworkers around them. By accepting mutual responsibility to operate safely, we will all contribute to the well-being of personnel.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We are committed to ensuring clean and healthy working environment. In this regard, we shall manage every waste generated in the course of our work from cradle to the grave. We shall always concentrate our effort toward minimizing dust release at our work sites, and disposal of injurious chemicals to health.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Dematek always employ the partnership approach in the ex*****on of projects. We source and employ 75% of our workforce for a particular project from the Local Community. By this we help to reducing unemployment, as well as curbing social restiveness and also create conducive working environment for timely completion of projects.

THE MANAGINGN DIRECTOR
Mr. M. A. Abikpa, is the Managing Director of the company and holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) [upper credit] in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri - Imo State. He also holds National Diploma (ND) in Electrical/Electronic from Rivers State Polytechnic Bori, Rivers State.
He is a resourceful, proactive and result-driven young man. Proficient in computer packages such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, C++ Programming, Microsoft Office, NEPLAN, NI Multisim, and a lot of other software.
He has been involved in a lot of Civil/Electrical Engineering and Building Construction Works from October, 2008 to December, 2015 as Electrical Engineer while working with Hensek Integrated Services Limited. He also worked as Supervisor (Electrical)/Personal Assistant to the CEO, Hensek Integrated Services Limited from 2006 to 2008.
As the MD of our company, He has brought his wealth of experience to bear in the management of Dematek Services Nigeria to realize the mission and aspiration of the company.
He is currently undertaking his Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, University of Uyo.
GENERAL MANAGER
Abraham, Uyiota I.,AMNIM is the General Manager, and holds a Higher National Diploma [HND - upper credit] in Business Administration and Management from Rivers State Polytechnic Bori, Rivers State. He is an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.
PROJECT ENGINEER
Engr. I. J. ENANG is the Project Engineer and holds Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from University of Uyo. He has wealth of experience in Electrical Engineering while working with both Indigenous and Multinationals in Electrical Department as Head.
We also have other supporting Staffs as Supervisors, Technicians and Craftsmen.
