Position: Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally at the reception.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pickups, and deliveries.
- Provide customers with updates on service timelines and address their concerns promptly.
- Manage incoming calls and emails while ensuring excellent communication.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Promote company services and upsell additional offerings when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND/HND or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in the laundry industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Resides in or around Ikeja for easy commute.
