Meaning;
"Allah loves those who turn to Him

Islam places great emphasis on cleanliness, in both its Physical and spiritual aspects. On the physical side, Islam requires the Muslim to clean his body, his clothes, his house, and the whole community, and he is rewarded by Allah for doing so. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said, for example:
"Removing any harm from the road is charity (that will be rewarded by Allah)." - Bukhari
Our responsibility is not only for ourselves, but also to bring our Muslim friends in healthy living practices. Health and hygiene built from a clean body, heart and mind. It is very important that we care our foods, clothes, thoughts and feelings. Each part of us who look or not, it's all connected with each other. Every Muslim who always make sure and support the cleanliness are given consideration reward. Good hygiene practices carried out will be the symbols and identity of Muslims, especially in human life. Health is closely related to cleanliness. A person will be healthy, if you have a clean life. "Cleanliness is part of Faith" (narrated by Ahmad, Muslim, al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah)
All Muslims have to follow the correct procedures in cleaning and cleansing all kinds of dirt according to syara' especially when dealing with Mughallazah dirt obtained from dogs and pigs.
