Recently, it was brought to our attention that a particular customer’s clothes were damaged after using one of our dryers. We have since reached out to the affected customer and we were informed that during the incident, the affected customer had applied the highest heat temperature setting for a period of almost an hour which included delicate garments. In response to this, we have checked with our machine’s supplier / manufacturer, and they have confirmed damage to garments would in most instances have only arisen if the dryer was used improperly.
Whilst we truly sympathize with the affected customer, we highly encourage our customers to be especially aware of their garment’s use and care instructions. Further we encourage our customers to familiarise themselves with safety notices which we displayed in our premises and we suggest for our customers to utilise the correct setting matched with its appropriate clothing material.
We recognise the displeasure that has resulted from the incident, and we have offered the extension of our goodwill services to the affected customer. We sympathise in the inconvenience our customers may face and we take this opportunity to welcome any suggestion or feedback for the betterment of our services, as we are dedicated to improving our laundry services better for our customers’ greatest satisfaction.
