Whenever I was asked this question, usually I will put a cheeky smile on my face while I show them these photos. I have tried so many times trying to remain a poker face but I just can't do it... 😂

P.S.- I am not saying at all the leather cleaning on the shelves are no good.... Just that our leather cleaning solution is too powerful 😅

Recently we received some calls which we were quite puzzled:

Customer: "Hi is this Alphakleen and do you provide disinfection service?"

Me: " Yes we are."

Customer: " Our place have come in direct contact with confirmed +ve case patient, are you able to do it too?"

Me: " Yes of course we do. Why do you ask so? It is our job & duty as part of the front-line disinfection service provider"

Customer:" Oh...because I have called a few other disinfection companies and they said they don't provide service to confirmed +ve case premises."

Me: "(In puzzle and also in awe) What...?"

Customer: "Yes I know it sounds ridiculous but it's true!"

Me: "Well, we always treat every disinfection service as if there has been infection. We will take necessary precaution steps and to ensure your premise is properly sanitized."

Customer:" Great thank you!"

Well, the conversation above I know logically it makes no sense but it's true. Some disinfection service provider really don't have the confident in handling confirmed infected premise.
