脚部有问题预示身体哪些疾病

据胡博士介绍，从临床上来看，最常见的足部疾病主要有足跟痛、拇趾外翻、嵌甲（甲沟炎）、糖尿病足、习惯性踝扭伤、鸡眼脚垫等。这虽然看起来像是小问题，但实际上，它们都并不是孤立的，糖尿病、循环系统疾病、贫血以及肾脏疾病等都可首先表现在足部。
胡博士告诉记者，他在美国学习时，曾遇到一位患者，到医院看的是脚疼，结果却发现，自己的血糖高于了正常值。
看脚怎么能知道患有糖尿病呢？这是因为糖尿病的微循环病变主要在微小血管，所以常常引起眼底及下肢血管的病变。有相当一部分人能够在早期发现患有糖尿病，往往是因为看了足科和眼科医生，而不是内科医生。
糖尿病引起的下肢周围神经病变，早期主要表现为足部麻胀、刺痛，像蚂蚁在肢体上爬行，这在夜间尤其明显，常使患者难以入睡。除此之外，贫血、肾脏疾病也都会有其相应的足部病变表现。所以，胡博士强调，一旦发现足部细微的变化，或出现任何不适感，都最好及时找专业的足踝科医师诊治，以提早发现问题。
治疗不及时会导致骨及关节磨损
胡博士说，很多患脚病的人都习惯去找一些修脚师傅来修脚。然而，这样的处理只能是治标不治本；并且由于修脚时消毒不彻底而造成感染的事故也为数不少。事实上，像鸡眼、脚垫、嵌甲、甲沟炎这样的足部疾病，使用相关药物或产品是很容易治愈的。
除了脚部的感染，治疗不及时还会导致下肢承重力线的改变，从而造成踝关节、膝关节的不平均受力，加重膝、踝关节的慢性损伤。长期下肢负重力线的改变，还会导致髋关节、腰部的代偿性损伤，引起腰部及髋部慢性退行病变，使患者出现长期的慢性疼痛及关节活动障碍。时间一长，还有骨质增生的可能。

注意脚部卫生，选好鞋子
对于任何一种疾病，“防患于未然”都是没错的。胡博士说，按照美国足科医师协会的建议，关注足部健康需要注意如下原则。
首先，不要忽视足部疼痛。因为疼痛不一定是由劳累引起的，一旦出现足部疼痛，就要请足科医师诊治。平时避免赤足行走，避免足部的损伤。其次，要经常洗脚，注意足部卫生。经常观察足部皮肤、趾甲和脚趾间是否有变化。第三，鞋子要合适。运动时最好根据需要选择不同的鞋子。最后，糖尿病患者至少每年进行一次足科检查。
