Pelanggan yang dikasihi,

Bagi pihak Pengurusan Bakul Laundry, kami ingin meminta maaf atas kerosakkan 3 mesin pencuci kami. Untuk pengetahuan anda, kami sedang dalam proses rektifikasi kesemua mesin ini dengan secepat mungkin. Walau bagaimanapun, dikala musim perayaan ini, terdapat sedikit kelewatan dalam penyelenggaraan.

Walaupun begitu, kami berusaha untuk mempercepatkan penyelenggaraan dan memastikan kesemua mesin berjalan dengan baik untuk kegunaan anda pada minggu hadapan.

Kami ingin meminta maaf diatas kesulitan yang berlaku. Kami juga ingin berterima kasih kepada pelanggan-pelanggan kami kerana memahami dan terus menyokong Bakul Laundry.

Dear Valued Customers,

Bakul Laundry Management would like to apologize as 3 of our washers are now currently unavailable to be utilized. We are in the midst of rectifying the issue soonest possible. However so, due to festive season, we are expecting some delay on the repairment.

Being said that, we will try our best to rectify this issue by next week, ensuring all 5 washers are up and running for your use.
