Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Monitor maintenance activities, work orders, and asset records
• Generate reports and analyse data to improve operational performance
• Support system users through training and troubleshooting
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience in CMMS, Facilities Management, Maintenance Operations, or Asset Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
