On 18 June 2026, we were pleased to welcome over 30 new team members from Indonesia as the latest addition to the Nettoyage Station family.

Before being deployed to their respective worksites, all new joiners underwent a comprehensive one-week induction and training programme designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles confidently and safely.

The training covered a wide range of essential topics, including salary calculation and employment terms, company policies, workplace health and safety, ethical conduct, workers' rights and responsibilities, as well as both the theoretical and practical aspects of professional cleaning techniques. Participants also received hands-on guidance on the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and safe work practices to ensure they are well prepared for real working environments.

At Nettoyage Station, we believe that proper training is the foundation of quality service. By investing in our people from day one, we not only uphold our operational standards but also empower every employee with the confidence, knowledge, and support they need to succeed in their new role.

On 18 April 2026, the Nettoyage Station Group members gathered at Raia Inn Penang for a memorable evening filled with laughter, appreciation, and celebration.

This year’s Movie Characters Night theme brought excitement and creativity as everyone dressed up in impressive costumes, turning the night into a colourful and lively celebration.

The evening was also dedicated to recognizing outstanding achievements within the company. Congratulations to all recipients of the Best Supervisor, Best Team Leader, Best Male Janitor, Best Female Janitor awards, winners of the Health & Safety Awareness Video Competition 2025, and the Quality Excellence Award 2025.

Guests also enjoyed entertaining performances by our fellow janitors, delicious food, and exciting lucky draw prizes ranging from limited-edition figures to the grand prize: a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

Our Managing Director, Dato' Sean Chen, together with Regional Manager Jsheng Yeap and Assistant Operations Manager Clement Ho, travelled to Kathmandu, Nepal from 29 April 2026 to 1 May 2026 as part of our foreign worker recruitment initiative.

During this visit, the team conducted interviews with over 60 candidates, engaging directly with applicants to better understand their backgrounds, skills, and suitability for the role. This on-the-ground process allows for a more structured and fair assessment, ensuring that selections are made based on capability and alignment with our operational requirements.

Being present at the source country also strengthens oversight of the recruitment process, enabling closer monitoring and greater transparency in how candidates are evaluated and selected.

This approach reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible recruitment practices, with a strong focus on safeguarding worker welfare, ensuring ethical hiring standards, and minimising risks associated with exploitative practices.
