Practical can look trendy!!

We converted this little studio into a fully functional home for a small family.

All custom made pieces, solid tropical wood and sofisticated Sunbrella fabric:

-bed with storage, headboard and floating side tables,
-sleeping sofa,
-decorative living room division,
-bar stools,
-side and coffee tables,
-built in under TV cabinet..
-blackout curtains 100% washable fabric
-new appliances

We created bedroom area texured feature wall with sconce lights

Decorative ceramic pieces are unique and represent awarded Mexican artisans..

Palmar condo renovation project.

That spacious high ceiling condo was desperately needed some love!
So we did: enlarged almost double front terrace window with floor to ceiling sheer curtains
Custom feature lime stone wall
Custom kitchen with all new appliences, new flooring, backsplash and fancy granit countertops
We reupholstered dining, living and bar furniture
We brought cabinetry through dining area where new positioned bar counter separates it from the living.
We filled the condo up with arts and crafts from all over Mexico: handmade Oaxaca rugs, Chiapas ceramic, Michuacan glased clay, custom 3D art, blown glass from Jalisco

Built in closets in former niches, floor to ceiling black out drapes matching a custom created feature wall finishes.
Repurposed colonial barn doors, LED mirrors.
Fully redesigned both bathrooms with walk in showers, “frosted” glass for wet areas. Raised ceilings, upgraded for minisplits AC system.
Refinished closet doors in Wabi sabi style: pvc black rattan mesh, black stain on a solid wood frames
Vintage sofa redesigned and reupholstered in spectacular Sunbrella Echo Midnight deep blue fabric.
Custom foyer wall matching console table wood with big rustic baskets, all made to order.
