En Julio pasado en el marco del Tulum Vegan Vest tuve la oportunidad de traducir al Dr. Garth Davis uno de los Doctores del documental "What the Health" y escritor, su último libro "Proteinholic" ha sido además de un gran honor una de las traducciones más enriquecedoras que he hecho. Algunos dicen que cuando uno acaba un trabajo de traducción ya no es la misma persona y puedo decir que en este caso fue así. Aprendí, entendí y disfruté. Gracias al Dr. Davis y al Tulum Vegan Fest por la oportunidad de estar cerca y poder apoyar traduciendo su conferencia.
Last July at the Tulum Vegan Fest I had the opportunity to translate for Dr. Garth Davis, one of the Doctors featured in the Documentary "What the Health" and writer, his latest book, "Proteinholic". It has been not only a huge honor but one of the most enriching translations I have done. Some say that when one ends a translation job, nothing is the same, and I can say this was the case. I learned, understood and enjoyed. Thank you Dr. Davis and Tulum Vegan Fest for the opportunity to be near and being able to contribute translating his conference.
