Homely Group, a company specialised in short-let accommodations, is looking for a qualified office-based professional with experience in customer service. We manage multiple properties on Airbnb and Booking.com.

🛠️ Main responsibilities:
Managing communication with guests
Assisting guests before, during, and after their stay
Providing fast and effective problem solving
Coordinating with the team to ensure high service standards

🔍 Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service
Strong fast problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Highly organised, precise, and detail-oriented
Fluency in multiple languages is a must

📍 Location: Mellieha
🕒 Working hours:
40 hours per week
One weekend day per week (either Saturday or Sunday), on a rotating basis
