General Profile:
AG was initially established in 2003 as a trading company, as it grew and
spread into further sectors other than only trading over the time, the
BOD decided to convert it into a holding company in 2019, hence named
AJYAL GROUP.
Some of the main sectors that AG covers via a total number of 48
different daughter firms all over Libya and abroad are:
1- Food manufacturing.
2- Cattle feed production.
3- Edible corn oil production.
4- Steel rolling Mill.
5- Domestic Services.
6- Construction.
All the mentioned services and firms are registered with the Chamber of
Commerce and hold a valid operating license. AG has standard policies
under which all daughter companies operate and adhere. We are certified
by the international standards e.g. ISO.
AG has many active running projects and is expanding by the day within
the North African sectors.
Our Goal is to provide vast services in as many possible fields as we can
keeping the environmental sustainability given the global pandemic
humanity has faced in the past couple of years.
