Sky266 seeks to hire a Front Desk Officer, who will effectively be the front and face of the company. As such, we looking for competent and versatile individuals to fill the position.
๐ญ. ๐ ๐๐๐ก ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ฃ๐ข๐ก๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ฆ
a) Professionally assist walking in clients.
b) Timeously respond to all incoming calls and electronic communication.
๐ฎ. ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ
a) Minimum of Certificate in any Business Related Qualification.
b) Minimum 6 months experience working as a Front Desk Officer or a very related position.
c) Understanding and Appreciation of Basic Customer Service Principles.
e) Any certification/qualification in Customer Service will be an added Advantage.
d) A very good command of English and Sesotho.
e) Practical Computer Skills (All Main Office Applications).
f) Ability to Multitask
