The Housekeeper team is led by professionals from the hospitality industry collectively with over 88 years of expertise in housekeeping at some of the best star class hotels in the country, and travel professionals who are exposed to international standards and procedures. A well trained supervisory team will be monitoring all aspects of the process while all members in the team will be trained professional housekeepers, with a proper understanding of the task at hand, making us not just another cleaning service but novel solution. We do not believe in a large company structures from management to workers. The management always oversees the workers and provides enough support to carry out a certain task in a professional manner. All our staff are highly trained and is chosen for their integrity and work experience. We work alongside with people who can provide services such as Plumbing, Electrical Maintenance etc. which gives us a competitive advantage over other service providers. We use latest model cleaning equipment, and environmental friendly cleaning products. Regular monitoring and evaluating is conducted in order to prevent any misuse of chemicals and to protect the health and safety of our valuable clients. Staffs are educated to notify the management about any work place hazards and safety issues in order to prevent possible injuries. We have a public liability insurance and work cover insurance in order to protect ourselves as well as the public. We have an occupational health and safety plan in use, to prevent any injuries and to maintain a safe work environment for our workers and to minimize the risk of any injuries to the general public.
