The Company occupies well maintained warehouses conducive for physical warehouse management In locations convenient for fast and easy access. These Warehouses are fully equipped with required security infrastructure including CCTV Surveillance, Remote Monitoring, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm System, 24 hour man guard security service at site, Rapid Deployment Team etc for enhanced security. Warehouse floors are treated with intensive pest control measures and ongoing fumigation process is in place to ensure the safety of the documents stored. In our warehouses documents are securely packed and sealed in chemical treated, fumigated new corrugated Carton boxes racked in random stacking order for enhanced security. World class high quality racking systems are deployed to store these boxes complying with internationally acclaimed standards. The automated carton acceptance and rack position allocation facilitates guaranteed rapid document retrieval under stringent controls to ensure the confidentiality of the documents archived. Our digital archiving team offers digital capturing of physical documents of organizations including pre scan document preparation process and post scanning document re filing in to the original position. Scanned images are uploaded to in-house server, cloud or any agreed repository after check and verification of image quality.
