“Disappointed with my recent experience at Sterling After Care in Galle.Sterling Aftercare Center
I took my car in for a full service, and they ended up damaging my car's oil fump and the right fog lamp is having a small Damage (It's already there) and Its completely damaged and removed by their high pressure wash, fog lamp cost is rs 35,000, which they admitted were their mistakes. However, they refused to cover the costs of the damages, leaving me to bear the expense ( I cannot claim it from the insurance since it's damaged by car wash) To make matters worse, they couldn't even provide a status on my brake pads when I ask, Afer that they again removed the tires and checked it, and their prices for any service seemed exorbitant.
I’d strongly advise against choosing Sterling Aftercare Centre,galle for your car servicing needs. It’s been a highly unprofessional and costly experience. If you want to protect your car and your wallet, look for alternatives elsewhere. ”
