We have received an overwhelming response to our previous announcement regarding the closure of Platinum Auto Spa, and we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who reached out.
To clarify, the decision to close Platinum Auto Spa was made following the passing of our beloved founder. After his passing, an alternative management team took over operations from 2023 to the present. Unfortunately, they were unable to maintain the high standards for which we are known. This resulted in the loss of trust from our long-term customers and the departure of our top-tier staff, who have since sought alternative workshops. Consequently, the alternative management company has requested to terminate the agreement and exit the premises.
We firmly believe that the standards set by our founder are unparalleled, and as such, we have decided to permanently close the workshop to prevent further reputational harm caused by mismanagement.
Please note that Platinum Auto Spa does not operate under any other name, and any business using our name or a similar one is not affiliated with us in any way. Any substandard service encountered should be addressed directly to those businesses.
