WE’RE HIRING: One-Off & Contract Cleaning Supervisor – Nairobi
Arrow Facilities Management Ltd is a fast-growing cleaning and facilities management company in Nairobi. We handle contractual cleaning and one-off jobs including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning for homes, offices and commercial sites.
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Cleaning Supervisor to lead our field teams and keep our clients happy.

What You’ll Do
Lead 1–20 stewards on one-off & special cleaning jobs (deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, etc.)
Brief the team, allocate zones and pace the work to finish on time
Personally check high-risk areas: windows, glass, corners, skirting, bathrooms, kitchens, tiles & fittings
Communicate with clients on site, manage expectations & handle complaints calmly
Conduct quality checks at contract sites and give feedback to management
Select and profile stewards from a pre-vetted pool for future contractual placements
Protect client property and company machines/chemicals and report incidents honestly
👤 Who We’re Looking For
Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader in a cleaning or facilities company
Strong knowledge of detergents, surfaces and cleaning machines
Hands-on, hardworking and strict on quality and time
Strong communication skills (English & Kiswahili) and emotionally intelligent
Able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends when needed
📍 Location: Nairobi
📝 Contract: Trial on one-off jobs, then renewable fixed-term contract
💰 Pay: Competitive monthly retainer + daily field allowance per supervised assignment
