iven will be the earliest time of arrival, please allow up to an hour due to traffic and/or previous job/s. An extra ksh 500-1000/= MAY BE charged due to distance (travelling time and fuel costs, agreed prior when booking an appointment)
Please cancel appointment (if needed) as soon as possible. If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment, charges may apply. Just one or two cancellations can cause problems with other bookings and leaves gaps, short notice means they are hard to fill, we make sure we can cover a wide area and try to book everyone in near locations on the day to reduce travel times and this is more cost effective to keep the costs of our services low, please can we ask that you make sure the booking date and time you choose is correct to avoid any problems. We ask for a reasonable amount of time to cancel so we can fill the space or change peoples times to suit, this is very hard to do when cancelling the night before the appointment .Thanks in advance

Please make sure that the area you are having cleaned is clear from personal and valuable items. We will help you to move some furniture such as sofas and single beds, but items such as wardrobes/wall units cannot be moved as require the emptying of personal items. We also don't touch electrical items such as TV's/Stereo System's for safety reasons. Please be aware that every job is different, so make sure that there is enough time for us to complete the job if you have any other engagements planned. Drying times will vary, generally most items dry within 2-3hours depending on atmospheric conditions. Upholstery that needs a deeper, extra clean can take longer up to a full day to dry. We offer discounts on multiple rooms / upholstery and try to be the cheapest price possible for the top service we offer. We do not compete with unprofessional company's that charge below a realistic price.
