5 Cleaning Tips That Actually Save You Time 🧽✨
Tired of cleaning all weekend and still feeling like your house is messy?
Try these 5 tips and cut your cleaning time in half:
1. Clean top to bottom, left to right
Dust and dirt fall down. If you start at the floor, you’ll just dirty it again. Always start with shelves, fans, then tables, then floor.
2. Use the “2-minute rule”
If it takes less than 2 minutes, do it now. Make the bed, wipe the counter, put shoes away. Small actions stop big messes.
3. Keep a caddy with all your supplies
Stop running back and forth for spray, cloths, gloves. One bucket = 10 min saved per room.
4. Deep clean your mattress every 3-6 months
Vacuum it, sprinkle baking soda for odor, scrub stains with 1:1 water + vinegar, then dry fully. You sleep on this 8hrs a day - it matters.
5. Clean as you go in the kitchen
