We would like to inform our customers that normalcy has been restored at the Baricho Pumping Station and pumping of water to the Nguu Tatu reservoirs commenced early this morning for onward transmission. Normal supply to our customers as per our distribution programme is expected later in the day as the reservoirs fill up. We would like to inform our customers in North Coast and Island areas that there is interruption of supply of water, due to a technical breakdown at our Baricho Main Pump Station. Affected areas include ; Kiembeni, Kisauni, Bamburi, Shanzu, Bombolulu, Kisimani, VOK, Nyali, Mishoroni and Island area. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniencies caused. Normal water supply shall resume as soon as the situation is normalized.

We would like to inform our esteemed customers that there will be no pumping from Baricho station on 27th October, 2016 as from 6.00am until 6.00pm(12hrs). This is to facilitate repair of major leaks at Banda La Salama and Mwamkura areas which shall be undertaken by Coast Water Services Board . Consequently, water supply as per our normal distribution programme shall be disrupted. The affected areas are the wider North coast including Kisauni, Mtopanga, Mishomoroni, Shanzu, Nyali, Kongowea and parts of Mombasa Island.
We sincerely apologize for inconvenience and would like to assure you that normal supply shall resume as soon as repair works are completed.

We would like to inform our esteemed customers that there is a shut down of our water supply through the Mzima pipeline to facilitate pipeline replacement at Taru area. Normal water supply as per our distribution programme will be interrupted. This will affect mostly the wider west mainland areas of Changamwe, Magongo, Mikindani, and Chaani and parts of Mombasa Island. Normal supply to the affected areas shall resume as soon as the repair works on the said site are complete. We sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused.

We would like to inform our esteemed customers that Coast Water Services Board shall shut down water supply along the Mzima pipeline to facilitate routine maintenance works on the pipeline on Thursday 22nd September, 2016 from 8.00am.to 8.00pm. Normal water supply as per our distribution programme will be interrupted. This will affect mostly the wider West mainland areas of Changamwe, Magongo, Mikindani, and Chain. Supply shall resume as soon as the works are complete. We sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused.

Due to a burst pipe along Airport road, we have shut off supply to West mainland areas of Chaani, Migadini, Apolo, Swale guru and parts of Portreiz. Our technical team is on the ground to ensure that the situation is rectified and normal supply resumes as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused and would like to assure you that we are committed to serving optimally.

To our esteemed customers: Due to unprecedented power fluctuations at our Baricho Water Works, we regret to inform to inform you that normal supply to Island area according to our distribution programme shall slightly delay. However supply is expected to resume by midday. We sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused.

Normal water supply as per our distribution programme will be interrupted. This will affect mostly the wider West mainland areas of Changamwe, Magongo, Mikindani and Chaani. Supply shall resume as soon as the repair works on the said site are complete. We sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused.

We would like to notify our customers in North Coast and Likoni areas that water supply as per our distribution programme today was affected by the power blackout at Baricho Water Works and Tiwi Boreholes caused by a power outage in most parts of the country as communicated by KPLC. Normal water supply shall resume as soon as power is restored. We sincerely apologize to our customers for the inconvenience caused. Mombasa Water is committed to serving you better.

Dear customers, the 24-inch pipe burst was due to pipeline corrosion. The line has since been shut off to facilitate repair works and a parallel 36-inch line is serving our Island consumers to avert a shortage. Thank you for your concerns and alert on the matter.
