FINAL DAY | WASPA GAMES 2026.

The curtains came down on the WASPA Games 2026 in Kericho on a high note, with the final day presided over by H.E. Dr. Eric Kipkoech Mutai, Governor of Kericho County.

Team KACWASCO finished the games in style, emerging Champions in Football after a thrilling encounter against SIBO that was decided on penalties, with KACWASCO winning 4–2.

The team also secured 2nd place in both Men’s and Women’s Tug of War, while the Traditional Dance team finished 3rd, showcasing the talent, strength and rich cultural spirit within KACWASCO.

The team received unwavering support throughout the games from Board Chairperson Mr. Boaz Odemu Bulimu, Director Mr. Amnon Koech Mongo and Managing Director CPA Charles Tung’a, whose presence and encouragement kept the team motivated.

KACWASCO showcased remarkable talent, resilience and team spirit throughout the games, proudly representing the Company and Kakamega County at large. The impressive results are a true reflection of teamwork and determination.

DAY 4 | WASPA GAMES 2026.

Day 4 of the WASPA Games 2026 got off to an inspiring start as Board Chairperson Mr. Boaz Odemu Bulimu and Director Amnon Koech Mongo encouraged Team KACWASCO to stay focused, determined and give their best.

The encouragement paid off as both the Men’s and Women’s Tug of War teams battled their way into the finals after spirited and hard-fought contests.

KACWASCO football secured a 2–0 victory over Kisumu Water, earning a well-deserved place in the semi-finals.

Later, the Managing Director CPA Charles Tung’a joined the team, cheering them on and showing his support as they continued to push for victory.
With the finals and semi-finals ahead, the KACWASCO spirit is stronger than ever united, determined and ready for the next challenge!

DAY 3 | WASPA GAMES 2026.

Team KACWASCO continued its impressive run at the WASPA Games 2026, recording strong performances across the various disciplines.
In Ajua, the team secured a place in the semi-finals, while the football team registered two convincing victories, defeating Athi Water Company 6–0 and Bungoma Water Company 4–1

The Men’s and Women’s Tug of War teams also put up commendable performances, showcasing strength, determination and teamwork.

The KACWASCO team brought even more energy with staff dancing Isukuti, cheering their colleagues and entertaining the crowd, adding a vibrant touch of culture and unity to the games.

The spirit remains high as Team KACWASCO continues to compete with pride and determination.

Team KACWASCO had an exciting day at the WASPA Games 2026, taking part in Men’s and Women’s Tug of War, Ajua and Football.
The team showcased great teamwork, determination and sporting spirit across the disciplines, with the football team delivering a dominant 5–1 victory over DANCO.

Team KACWASCO remains determined to give its best as the games continue.

KACWASCO staff this morning set off to represent the Company at the WASPA Games 2026, following a flag-off presided over by the Board Chairperson Mr. Boaz Odemu Bulimu and Managing Director CPA Charles Tung’a.

Mr. Bulimu urged the team to represent KACWASCO with pride, discipline and teamwork, while CPA Tung’a the Managing Director, encouraged them to give their best and uphold good sportsmanship throughout the games.
