How to tell if your air conditioner needs to be cleaned.

You need a flashlight. The one on your phone is fine.

1. Turn on the air conditioner. It doesn’t matter which setting, you just want it to open.
2. With your flashlight, look up the area where the air comes out. The plastic inside should be smooth and grey, white or black, but only one color. If you see black and grey dots, you are looking at mold and dust.
3. Turn off your air conditioner and contact us if you saw mold and dust.
