Our vegan apple cake is one of your favourites at our breakfast table, so here's the recipe to replicate it at home.
INGREDIENTS
300 g all purpose flour
200 g water
150 g sugar
50 g olive oil
2 apples, cubed
3 drops vanilla extract
1 lemon, zested, and half its juice
1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda
Icing sugar for top

- Cut the apples into cubes and cover with lemon juice
- Beat the water and oil to make a light mixture
- Add the flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and soda and lemon zest
- Blend until smooth
- Add the apples, bake in oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 35-40 minutes

ita a colazione: ecco la ricetta della nostra torta di mele vegana.
INGREDIENTI:
300 g di farina 00
200 g di acqua
150 g di zucchero
50 g di olio di semi o di oliva
2 mele
3 gocce di aroma alla vaniglia
scorza grattugiata di un limone
succo di mezzo limone
una bustina di lievito
zucchero a velo q.b.

- Tagliare le mele a cubetti e cospargerle di succo di limone
- In una ciotola mescolare l’acqua e l’olio di semi fino a quando il composto non risulterà una schiuma leggera
- Aggiungere la farina, lo zucchero, la vaniglia, la scorza di limone grattugiata e il lievito
- Mescolare il composto fino a quando non sarà completamente liscio
- Aggiungete le mele al composto e infornate a 180 gradi per 35-40 minuti
