COVER FILM: a transparent biorientated polypropylene, thickness 23my available in different formats and rolls to be placed on the negative before pouring the photopolymer.
BASE FILM: a polyester thickness 100my available in different formats. It becomes the support of the stamp after liquid resin is exposed to UV rays.

The Ice Polymer is a photopolymer born and developed with an innovative formula, created to ease its use in harsh climate areas.
Without undermining the high quality that marks our resin, our research and development department produced this brand new product, born out of the necessity to maintain liquid photopolymer to a certain level of viscosity even at low temperature. In fact this polymer simplifies the final user's work avoiding him to warm up the resin before using it.

The Elastomer Plate is a new plate for laser engraving that brings big innovation in the engraving field. Created by a special polymers mixture born in our laboratory, these plates present improved features compared with rubber ones. Almost no-smell during engraving process they need less time to be engraved (around 20/30% less) entailing a lower energy use and having the laser sourse less subject to wear.
The final result keeps a high quality definition and endurance!
