Puglia is a magical place where anything feels possible.
Future expats, after all your house hunting, paperwork struggles, and that burning desire to live here year-round, you feel this deep urge to root yourself in a freer life project… away from European constraints, finally emerging and breathing freely! 🧐
Like so many, I became addicted to Puglia too. 💙
I wanted to create something that matched my lifestyle: slow living, nature, authenticity.
This summer, my family project will be born: Leuca Signature Experience, perfectly in line with what today’s international tourists are looking for. 💙

There are still great opportunities for non-locals —
Puglia is young and full of business potential.
That said, the property market is almost saturated in some areas.
Local-to-local sales often happen quietly.
Example: my plumber just bought 9,000 m² of inland land in Pescoluse for €12,000 + notary fees, to build a villa!
Be careful: don’t rush into the buying frenzy. 🧐
Always negotiate, think long-term (many resell later), and above all… rent for at least a year first.
Immerse yourself, listen to locals, learn Italian!
Too many expats stay in their bubble because of the language barrier… and end up “living like locals”… but only among themselves.
Don’t make that mistake!
My first venture, Puglia Property Service, met a real need… but I chose the wrong location: Valle d’Itria / Ostuni has huge demand for my services, while Santa Maria di Leuca (where I live) is much quieter in that field. 😎
