Per ampliamento del nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico Elettromeccanico da inserire presso la nostra sede di Consandolo (FE).

La figura si occuperà principalmente di:

montaggio meccanico e cablaggio elettrico di macchinari e linee industriali
attività di montaggio e manutenzione elettromeccanica
ricerca guasti e diagnostica
avviamento e collaudo degli impianti
assistenza tecnica presso clienti, anche con trasferte in Italia e all’estero.

Requisiti preferenziali:

formazione tecnica in ambito elettrico, elettromeccanico
capacità di lettura degli schemi elettrici
lettura disegni e montaggi meccanici
esperienza su macchinari industriali
buona manualità e capacità di problem solving
disponibilità a trasferte
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
​residenza o domicilio in zona o comuni limitrofi.

WHAT HAPPENS IN ONE SECOND OF EXTRUSION?

A tube or profile is moving through the line.

It looks simple. But in that single second, an entire process is working to keep it exactly as it should be.

🔹 Material is being fed, melted and homogenized.
🔹 Temperature, screw speed and pressure are interacting.
🔹 The melt is being shaped through the tooling while cooling stabilizes the geometry.
🔹 Dimensions are being measured and line speed is being synchronized.

⚙️ And everything has to work together.

🔬 One medical extrusion concept. Different sizes for different applications.
The Tecno System MED Series is a range of extruders specifically developed for medical tubing and high-precision micro-extrusion applications.

⚙️ The series starts from 12 mm screw diameter, designed for the most demanding micro-tubing applications, and includes different extruder sizes according to the required output, material and final product.
The TM 30 MED, equipped with a 30 mm screw, is one of the configurations within the range, combining compact dimensions with the process control required by the medical industry.

That is where taper tubing and bump tubing become critical.
