Rumors of an extra-(extra)-long version of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class have persisted for some time now, with the idea that the super-long Pullman would sit above a not-quite-so-long version of the car that could wear the Maybach badge. These patent photos appear to reveal that longest of S-Classes.

While information accompanying the leaked images remains scant, earlier rumors from Germany hinted that the S-Class Pullman would be built not by Mercedes-Benz itself, but contracted out to the tuning firm Brabus.

Prototypes spotted in testing outside Brabus’ headquarters earlier in the year show an immense stretch limousine, measuring as much as 21 feet overall—nearly a foot and a half longer than the Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended Wheelbase. Three-row seating inside is expected to make the most of the Pullman’s long wheelbase.

Along with its very large size, the Pullman is also expect ed to sport a very large price tag, potentially claiming the title of the most expensive sedan in the world. Prices as high as $1 million, when ordered with armor plating, could put the Pullman at a price more than twice that of the nearest competitor, the Rolls-Royce Phantom.

Look for a debut of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman late in 2015 with consumer availability in early 2016.

Hyundai Motor has revealed the design renderings of the all-new hatchback 'The Elite i20', which will be launched on August 11 in India.

The new car was designed at Hyundai Motor’s Design Centre Europe in Rüsselsheim, Germany, the company said in a statement.

Hyundai Motor India also said pre-bookings for 'The Elite i20' commences from Friday.

"The new version of Hyundai’s popular B-segment model features the brand’s ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0’ design philosophy, in a sophisticated and distinctive design," it said.

The long hood and generous shape would create a powerful stance for the all-new i20, the country's second largest passenger car manufacturer said.

"The body sides are sculpted yet the overall architecture is clear and simple, with the cabin sitting cleanly on the body."

The front presents a bold new interpretation of the well-established Hyundai hexagonal grille and a new thin horizontal strip connecting the headlamps.

At the back, the wrap-around rear window and unique treatment for the lamp clusters combine with the car’s hatchback proportions to create a distinctive design, the company added.

Rs 6.50 lakhs in New Delhi

Toyota Kirloskar Motor will launch the Etios Cross on the 7th May 2014. Dealers have already started taking bookings with an initial payment of Rs 50,000. The car is based on Liva hatch back and was first shown at the recently concluded 2014 Auto Expo. Apart from the distinctive side cladding, the car also features ORVMs with side blinkers, roof rails while interiors are piano black. The integrated music system comes with the Bluetooth, AUX and USB connectivity and can also be controlled by the steering mounted controls.
