The climate of Nellore city is a typical tropical maritime climate, with warm, humid summers and mild winters. Friends I'm happy to state that we have launched a mobile telegram app with employees of NMC.

It is working quite well and from last two months all grievances., maintenance activities etc are being monitored therein

All complaints/grievances that come to the commissioner and regular instructions gets uploaded there... Staff will immediately act on it and upload the photos along with location after problem gets resolved.

It is thus cutting down communication time. Improving response time and efficiency. It's being a great way to monitor and continual development of the organisation.

Staff are now finding it more effective way to communicate in the group and coordinate among themselves.
