On 13th & 14th November 2025, we celebrated our Inception Day and Annual Conference at Fortune Select Global Hotel, , India. It was a powerful two-day gathering of industry leaders—a national meet uniting leaders and teams from all branches across India, along with curious and innovative minds.

The event served as a milestone for strategic discussions, operational alignment, and celebrating collective achievements. The function began with the lamp lighting ceremony by dignitaries and top management.

Highlights of the event:

• Chairman and Founder’s address to the entire audience, sharing his proven philosophy for success.
• Inspiring keynote by Rtd. Maj Gen Balraj Mehta, SM on “Corporate Culture and Decision Making.” The audience was particularly struck by his points: “Mistakes should not be repeated” and “Smart work must be done along with hard work.”
• A powerful push by the magnetic and dynamic leader Mr. Ajay Lohia JMD, who launched the VMOSA and set multiple priorities for the upcoming years—including digital transformation, operational agility, compliance & documentation, employee growth & development, customer experience, and more.
• A detailed discussion on “Common Operational Challenges and Mitigation Methods”, emphasizing the identification, assessment, and application of specific strategies to reduce the likelihood and impact of risks.
• Management Connect, led by Mr. Ajay and the senior management team, provided an open forum to directly interact with leadership and seek immediate resolutions.
• Mr. Abhay Singh Director, took the audience through the company’s expansion journey, growth trajectory, competitive landscape, and strategies to handle diverse situations.
• The event focused on motivation, collaboration, and team bonding through development sessions—culminating in an emotional and a memorable Dinner Gala.

Eagle Hunter Facility Management successfully inaugurated a fully equipped training center with the capacity of training 140 students in the logistics and warehouse sector in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh on January 7th, 2022 in partnership with Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Vikas Yojana (DDU-GKVY), Ministry of Rural Development. The training facility established specially for poor youth (Rural), will train them in Logistic skills. We are proud to be a partner of the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) in this important endeavor.
