We all know that COVID-19 attacks our respiratory system and the best way to counter it is to have a strong respiratory system.
In our Sanatan Dharm, we have a perfect way to do that by simple blowing the Shankh. We can easily strengthen our lungs by blowing the shankh daily in morning and evening. Strong lungs 💪 will lead to an overall stronger respiratory system. It will definitely improve our immunity to fight any disease, which affects our respiratory system.
COVID-19 has the whole world following practices from our SANATAN DHARAM. The practice of greeting each other by Namaste and started washing hands before meal are now being hailed as the best ways to fight the disease from people all around the world.
Since our childhood, we have seen the Shanknaad only during auspicious celebrations and have formed a misconception that blowing the Shankh is something religious and is only done during religious proceedings. The actual benefits and its positive effects have been forgotten with time.
Let us all start blowing Shankh twice daily to make our body strong enough to fight the disease, so that we are able to take care of our family, our society and our country.
I know initially you will find it difficult to blow the Shankh, but believe me,within days you will be able to blow it perfectly and yourself feel your strength increasing. 🙏
