Services terms & conditions
1. Taxes are included in rate list.
2. Laundry service minimum of Rs 100 / - is required to take advantage of the free home pickup and delivery. For orders of less than Rs 100 / - Additional charges may apply depending on the delivery area.
3. Each hanger will be charged Rs 20/- extra.
4. Only Cash payment accepted on delivery. (Card payment coming soon.)
5. Standard delivery is done within 2-3 days after items have been collected.
6. Express delivery would take place within 24 hours after the items have been collected. An additional 50% on the standard price will be charged.
7. Additional services are available upon request.
8. CleanMyDress does not guarantee stain removal and is not responsible for any clothing that bleeds, shrinks or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
9. CleanMyDress accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from the process of laundry or dry cleaning and pay up to 10 times the price of each item service only after the approval of the laundry manager.
10. All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained.
11. Storage charges will be applicable after 30 days - 1% of bill amount per day.
12. Customers are requested to examine their garments before sending to the Laundry. CleanMyDress will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items left in the pockets.
13. All legal matters to be settled under Chandigarh jurisdiction only.

How much do you charge? We have reasonable prices for cleaning, washing and ironing and pricing details are available in our price list. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY apply minimum order of Rs 100 /
What time do you pick-up and deliver? CleanMyDress picks up and delivers from 08.00 AM to 11.00 AM and 04:00 PM to 08.00 PM all days a week. Do you offer express service? Yes, we have an Express service, which will cost 50% more of standard charges. Delivery time is 1 business day. What location does CleanMyDress pick-up and deliver to? Currently we Pick up and deliver at all the major areas in Tricity like Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Navagaon, Peer mushalla, etc. You can call our customer care number to know more. How should i prepare my clothes for pick-up? We always check your clothes before collection but to be extra cautious please keep your clothes ready for pickup, remove all items or valuables from the pockets, and please do not give us any hangers or accessories with the clothes. Does the CleanMyDress guarantee 2 working days service? We always try to deliver clothes within 2 working days but sometimes the garments or other items require more time such as when we would have to treat difficult stains. Comforters also take a little bit longer, as they take more time to dry. But rest assured in such cases we make it a priority to inform our clients. Do you charge extra for special requests, such as hand washing? There is no special charge for hand wash. Our laundry expert decides what process is required for the treatment of a particular garment. As for the prices we provide the laundry price list to our clients on request. Is my laundry safe? Our laundry is very much safe; we use approved chemicals which are eco-friendly in nature and the water that we use is considered to be drinking water. Even if your laundry would only weigh, say 5 kgs, we would be attending to them separately all throughout the process. And second, our services include sorting the colors from the whites, which would require at least two machine loads per customer and we give guarantee of satisfaction. What if i am not home for the scheduled delivery time? We always call up the customer before the day of the delivery and again confirm the availability 30 minutes before the delivery. Once the customer confirms the presence 30 minutes before the delivery and still the customer is not available during delivery then the customer has to pick up the items from our store. Should I pay as soon as my laundry is picked up, or could I pay on delivery? We leave you to choose among those two options at your convenience. We accept cash, debit* & credit card* payments at delivery.
