Here are 3 top ways to say NO - Buy time, Fill some anger, Fight fear.

1. If saying NO to someone, fills you with dread - buy time. Ask people to text you what they need and take time to revert to them. This will give you time to check in with yourself and decline if you should so wish
2. Get a little angry for the wasted time, effort , money and energy spent on people who you could have said NO to instead of a YES.
3. Many of us fear saying NO due to rejection. Our people pleasing habit is rooted in our childhood. We may have been raised to be a good girl or good boy and praised for the same. Just say NO when you don't like to be part of something...an event, an invite, a show, a gathering, a coffee etc.
